c) Severability: If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable under this arbitration clause or governing law, such declaration shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion, with or without notice, and the revised version will apply immediately upon posting on the Site.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding access to and use of the Service, superseding all prior agreements (written or oral), communications, negotiations, representations and understandings.

WAIVER

Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right on future occasions.
